US NAVAL
SEA CADETS is our Advanced Program for high school age students (13 years old to High School Senior)

Sea Cadets wear US Navy uniforms and train in a disciplined environment on a number of leadership skills including:

Earn Real Life Military Rank

Sea Cadets also advance through ranks that mirror the US Navy and US Coast Guard and can reach the rank of Sea Cadet Chief Petty Officer

Sea Cadets who earn the rank of Seaman/Airman (E-3) earn the privilege of being eligible to enlist in the Navy or Coast Guard at the advanced rank of E-3. Other branches (Marine Corps, Air Force, Army) will allow enlistment up to at least E-2.

This will advance your military career by an average of 12-18 months as well as a higher starting pay!

UNIQUE EXPERIENCES
LIKE NO OTHER

Sea Cadets attend the 9-14 day long Recruit Training, a training camp designed to parallel the challenges and experience of the US Navy Boot Camp in Great Lakes. This challenging training event will fully immerse your cadet into the Navy lifestyle and teach them everything they need to learn to succeed in their Sea Cadet career

Our Sea Cadets have the privilege of conducting this training onboard the USS Missouri, a decommissioned US Navy Battleship! They will eat, sleep, and train on this historic ship as if they were one of the crew!

WHO CAN JOIN:

What if I am 13 years old?  Which do I choose?

Often is it better for a 13-year-old to join as a League Cadet (NLCC) and take advantage of leadership opportunities at that level. When you enter high school and turn 14, then "Fleet Up" , or transition, to a Sea Cadet (NSCC) unit and bring your League Cadet experience with you.

However, if you are 13 and already in high school, it is probably better to join as Sea Cadet (NSCC).

We will discuss this with you and your parents to determine which program is best for your development and abilities!
